Constructive Conflict as a Method of Personnel Motivation

This work is devoted to a constructive conflict as one of the possible methods of motivating staff. Creation of the universal method of motivation, which includes many nuances and characteristics of the staff, is extremely urgent in our time. Nowadays there is a need to create an effective method of motivation. This work was created to solve this problem using the functions of constructive conflict as possible motivating factors. Within the framework suggested, a study was conducted to identify the motivational type and resource-value orientations of workers in the banking sector using a questionnaire survey to determine the specifics of the bank employees motivation. Further, a correlation analysis was conducted between the constructive functions of the conflict, the types of labor motivation and resource-value settings in order to identify the relationships between the selected indicators. As a result, a general picture of the situation in the banking sector was received regarding the typology of labor motivation and recommendations with a program for their implementation were developed. The use of the results obtained will increase the motivation of employees, improve incentive systems and establish vertical and horizontal communications within the organization.
