Change in the Perception of Employmennt among Students EP Bachelor "Public and Local Service"

This research consider issues of motivation of students who study on the educational program "Public and Local Service", about employment in the state civil service or refusal from this opportunity. The purpose of the work is to identify the main reasons for this decision and to develop the main directions of the development of the educational system, within the framework of building an effective class of public managers. The collection of empirical data was carried out through a survey, which was provided to students of the educational programm, studying on the 4th course. Among the interviewed respondents, there were students from the Higher School of Economics, Moscow State University and the Russian Academy of Science. The main conclusion of the work is that the students, after completing the bachelor's degree of "Public and Local Service", do not get employed in the civil service. At the end of the work, it is proposed to consider three possible solutions to the existing problem.
