Agreement of Telematics Communications Services in the Russian Federation

One of the major aspects for the successful development of Russian information society is relevant normative regulation of relation between the provider and the user. Accordingly, analysis of all the aspects of a telecommunication services contract is the essential point for the improvement of normative regulations in this sphere of communication. As a result of conducted research, we formulated the definition of the term “a telecommunication services contract “ . And also analized the elements and content of it, where we mark their features, stipulated by the nature of the contract and normative regulation of it’s legal institution . We brought up the imperfaction of the normative regulation of the relations in either signing fulfilment or termination of an Agreement of Telematics Communications Services, which was signed by an individual living in an apartment building. This problem results in the house manager companies breaching the antimonopoly law. Concerning all the identified problems, there are necessary recommendations in this project in order to improve normative regulation of relation between the provider and the user in telematics communication services.
