Business Training as a Technique of Staff Development

Nowadays the importance of training as a way to help companies in the development of competitive advantages based on their human resources cannot be overestimated. There are many different methods of staff development. This research is an attempt to study the features of such method of active learning as business-training and its role in the staff training system. More exactly, this tool of staff training will be considered in terms of employee satisfaction with the quality of its conducting in the company and by determining the role of managers in post-training support. This study will cover the application of such methods as interview, observation and questionnaire. The results obtained will have a practical focus for increasing the effectiveness of sales departments training system based on business training.
