Study of the Factors Affecting Consumer Behavior

This work is devoted to the study of factors affecting the behavior of the online store Lamoda.ru. The first chapter deals with theoretical aspects of behavior. The second chapter examines the methodological aspects of the behavior of consumers of online stores, as well as influencing consumers of online stores, based on existing research. The practical significance of the work is that the results of the research and the developed factor model can be used in online games and accessories to attract more customers and increase their competitive advantages.
