Mediation in the Field of Sport

Agency activity in sport is a complex of actions that are carried out on a professional and systematic basis in the form of a set of intermediary services that are provided to the subjects of the sports sphere on the basis of contracts or informal agreements and whose main goal is to formalize relations between specific sports subjects. The purpose of this work was to analyze the activities of sports agents, as well as the relationships that are associated with this activity, training on sports agency initiatives for changes and additions to the provisions of the Federal Law of December 04, 2007 No. 329-FZ "On Physical Culture and Sport In Russian federation". The purpose of the study predetermined the need to solve a number of problems: to bring a general characteristic of this topic; Identify the legal nature of the work of a sports agent; To analyze in detail the functions of the sports agent, and also to determine the importance of his role in sports relations; To solve problems, collisions of legislation within the scope of the topic under study; To bring the specifics of the agency agreement, the essential terms of this agreement; For better application of initiatives to improve the legislation of our state in the field of sports law within the regulation of agency activities. The object of the study were social relations that arise, change and stop in the process of the activity of a sports agent. The subject of the study was the provisions of normative acts of international and national law, the provisions of international sports organizations, doctrines on the application of these standards in the field of sports law.
