Market Strategies of Construction Companies in the Context of Socio-Economic Crisis

The aim of this research is identifying the main competitive strategies construction companies in Moscow in the context of the socio-economic crisis against the background of general trends in the regional residential real estate market. The relevance of this work is due to significant changes in the social and economic situation that have affected the requirements and priorities of various groups of the population in terms of their investment opportunities and high competition in the residential real estate market. The work consists of three main chapters. The first chapter presents an analysis of classical scientific works and modern publications to form the theoretical basis of this research. In the second chapter, there is a description of the current socio-economic situation and identification of the main trends of the regional residential real estate market as well as its segmentation of the market. In the third chapter, the main characteristics of the investigated residential properties were determined using analysis of official statistical information, project declarations and content analysis of announcements. The main market strategies of construction companies in the context of the socio-economic crisis were identified through the use of correlation analysis and statistical processing of the characteristics of the facilities.
