Writ Proceedings in Civil Practice

The proposed project is intended to cover the major issues that might arise in practice after the introduction of the writ proceeding in the Commercial Procedure Code. Last year’s introduction of the writ proceeding in the Russian Commercial Code and civil procedure have correlated with the general international law principle of making judicial decision with all due dispatch. This work is divided into two chapters. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical positions about the nature of the writ proceeding and its characteristics among other types of proceedings. The second Chapter covers the enforcement of rules of writ proceedings in the Russian commercial procedure practice.
