Psychoanalytical Tools for Commercial Companies

An increasing number of organizations use in their activities the tools of psychoanalysis and the involvement of consultants. Methods of organizational consulting, based on a rational approach, budgeting, long term strategies, regular management is now no longer effective, does not completely satisfy the needs and expectations of shareholders. The use of methods of organizational consulting and diagnosis, which are based on the analysis of the unconscious, the analysis of the emotional state organizations, deep psychodynamic work with managers and companies as a living organism, comes to the forefront of methods for business consulting. Increasingly consultants organizations apply psychoanalytic and psychodynamic counseling methods to help to analyze the organizational unconscious the context of companies, the unconscious processes taking place in departments and services companies. The psychodynamic approach allows us to deeply and systematically examine business cases in companies finding new hidden causes of destructive phenomena in companies and opportunities. The aim of this work is to examine the practice of psychoanalytic methods and tools in business organizations, to analyze the possibility and efficiency of application of various psychodynamic tools to explore their effect on group processes, to analyze the organizational and study the unconscious dynamics of organizational work groups, and applying the results of this analysis in consultancy and management practice. The hypothesis of the study is that the use of psychoanalytic tools in working with companies allows to increase the effectiveness of consulting work to the company, to identify the unconscious dynamics in organizations and its departments, to determine the management styles in the company, to undertake an institutional diagnosis to determine how the company's development and overcoming of negative tendencies.
