Strategic Industry Analisis of Additive Technologies: Evaluation of Attractiveness

In this paper, a strategic industry analysis of additive technologies is made from the point of view of its attractiveness for the company operating in the industry. Also, the main trends of additive technologies in Russia and abroad, the driving forces of the industry development in the long term, as well as the key success factors necessary to maintain a stable position in the market are considered. As research methods were chosen, the analysis of secondary information through monitoring of Internet resources, the study of articles, as well as an interview with experts in the field of additive technologies and the head of the company operating in the industry. This research is necessary to develop an effective and flexible strategy that will take into account the development prospects of the industry and the company itself, to analyze the level of market risks, as well as to prioritize business lines. In the course of the survey, we will receive a profile of the industry's attractiveness assessment and a list of recommendations for the company's executives operating in the 3D printing market.
