Ensuring Requirements for Thermal Processes in the On-Board Electronic Unit

The research object of this work is printed node electronic unit system orientation of the solar panels that are subjected to thermal and mechanical influences by means of an automated system for assessing the reliability and quality of equipment. The obtained simulation results are presented in the form of figures and tables. Following consideration of the results of the proposed design changes to reduce stress. The study is the basis for the method development of complex simulations.

The study contains 41 pages, 22 figures, 1 table, 4 app. The appendices contain information about the source data and the results obtained after the simulation.
