Industry Analysis Based on the Model of M. Porter: Strategic Opportunities and Evaluation of Attractiveness

The present study is aimed to analyze Russian automotive industry, define its opportunities and key factors of influence and to evaluate its level of attractiveness for present parties. More precisely, information on the industry was derived from secondary data (statistics), and was further analyzed with the help of theoretical models (model of M. Porter). The results of the study will help automobile companies develop more appropriate corporate and business strategies .
