The Evolution of the US Policy on Iraq at the Current Stage

US policy in the Middle East is one of the key elements of American foreign policy. Developing influence in the region, Washington used various forms of pressure and coercion, which were widely criticized. One of the countries that has been in the focus of the United States for more than 30 years is Iraq. This study aimes to provide deep analysis of US policy in the Iraq at the present stage. In addition, basing on the systematization of various sources, according to which the US policy in Iraq is changeless, as a result of which erroneous elements are preserved. Thus, the paper is supposed to be of particular importance for researchers of foreign policy of the United States and the Middle East.
