Theme of the thesis: " The Development Strategy of an Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “Iniciativa" as a Mediator between Business and State ". The volume of the final qualifying work is 53 pages. In this project 15 sources were used.

The object of this study is an autonomous non-profit organization "Initiative". The subject is the existing development strategy. In modern CIS countries, including Russia, there is a growing trend of the influence of NGOs on the formation and adoption of important state decisions. On the other hand, the scale and complexity of the tasks of the state, municipal and non-profit sectors have increased. Their activities penetrate the management processes of all sectors. It proceeds from the growing interest in researching the development strategies of non-profit organizations. The purpose of this work is to analyze and correct the development strategy of the autonomous non-profit organization (ANO) Center for Business Development Support and Development "Initiative". This goal provides for the fulfillment of a number of tasks.

The conducted research revealed the problems of the NGO activity on the example of one organization. As a result, conclusions were drawn and recommendations for correcting strategies were provided.
