Educational institution is a specific organized space of personal development of the individual, which, however, takes place in the team. In this space of interaction, there are many participants in the educational process (in addition to the students, it is also a teacher, and the administration, support services, etc.), which form a network of internal communications in school. These internal communications goes beyond the educational process to create a system of internal relations of all its members on the territory of educational space, forming a common system of values, an internal culture and internal image, which later translated into the external environment. The problem is that the development of media communications and the development of visualization and transformation technologies leads to the weakening of communication links within the school among all participants of the educational process, which in the long term may lead to the following negative consequences. The main purpose is to determine the nature of the relationship between the complex internal communication processes in the scool, the density of the interpersonal relationships of internal participants in the educational process on the other and the level of involvement in the school development of all participants in the educational process.
