Student: Kulik Daria

Educational Programme: Counselling Psychology. Personality Studies (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2017

The present study is a response to the inquiry of science and practice related to the need to develop individual ways of effectively using reflection activity. Namely, we made an attempt to systematize and regulate the self-concept of the individual, which leads to the development of reflexive processes. It also provides the facilitation of personal self-determination, an integral form of identity. Such a work is carried out for the first time in terms of the transactional analysis model of ego states. Thus, versatile self-understanding contributes to the formation of a new reality of the Self, based on a reflexive experience capable of qualitatively transforming a person's life and, first of all, in terms of self-evaluation.
