Analysis of Regional Factors, that Affecting Investments into Fixed Assets Financed by Bank Loans in Russia

Investments in fixed assets are one of the most important factors in economic development. In Russian Federation in year 2015, only 8% of that investments been accounted for investments through loans. Based on regional statistics index of investments have major differences between regions. Difference used to be between 1% and 40%. Thereby, aim of this work is to find connections between regional factors and investments in fixed assets due to loans. Three group of factors were presented: regional branch structure, attraction of investments by banks in region and general investment “climate”. Regression model construction been used for analysis development. In selection of data, information from federal agency of government statistics and Bank of Russia from 2006 until 2014 were used. According to the results, major influence of these three factors to the provision of loans was revealed, which were intended for the investments in fixed assets.
