Communication during Crisis: Use of Blogs as a Relationship Management Tool

In this research work the author studies a wide range of theories of anti-crisis and Internet communications, aiming to find out the degree of applicability on the blogosphere one of the most influential theory of anti-crisis communications, which was developed on the example of an offline environment. Key methods used in the study are the analysis of examples of communication during crisis in blogs, as well as online questioning of subscribers of these blogs. By these methods an expansion of the categories of the tested theory is achieved and a conclusion is made about the possibility of its practical application in the blogosphere.
