Establishment of Distance Learning System on the Basis of Management Targets and NMGK Staff Needs

The modern tendency of large companies’ merging into holdings and corporations contains in itself a ground issue – the issue of effective personnel training. The problem is that large companies have wide geographic footprint, what significantly complicates the process of training, adaptation, assessment and personnel development. Modern platforms for data transfer through inter- and intranets give the possibility of personnel training over any distances. This work introduces and explores peculiarity of e-learning and the process of creation of e-learning implementation project. The result of this graduate qualification work is description of e-learning implementation phases on the basis of revealed needs in training of employees and the company’s strategic goals. This result will help to implement e-learning system in NMGK fast and with minimal risks. It will also help to build the process of training by reference to current training requirements and rely on the Company’s goal.
