Impact of Staff Motivation on the Quality of Customer Service (the Case of «RIPEK» Ltd)

ABSTRACT Final qualifying work is 83 pages, it contains: 12 figures, 23 tables, 65 used source of information. Key words: motivation, motivation system, motivation, quality of service, efficiency. Objective: based on the assessment of the current impact of motivation of labour of personnel on quality of customer service the organization to identify ways of improving motivation. The object of the research: "RIPAC". Subject of research: the system of motivation of personnel in relation to quality customer service. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, observation, comparison, survey. Information base of the research: the founding documents of the organization, the accounting (financial) statements for 2014-2016., academic and specialized literature, periodicals. The essence of the recommendations of the data on the basis of the study is to develop an effective system of motivation, based on the elements expected by the employees of the organization. The project on improvement of labor motivation of the staff, focused on enhancing the quality of customer service due to maximum meet the needs of existing employees in terms of motivation of work. The work presents the introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and expanded applications.
