Crisis Situations Resolution through an Integrated Approach to Communications

This paper describes a proposed study that will examine the key concepts of integrated marketing communications application in company’s crisis strategy. Based on the interpretation of the data obtained from the survey, list of recommendations will be developed to identify effective principles of the integrated communications usage to adapt to the context of modern information consumption.
