At the moment, the application of production management concepts is popular among industrial enterprises. However, it should be noted that the organization that implements the concept, moreover, if it is a QRM strategy that is still gaining popularity among companies, it is difficult to determine how to evaluate the effectiveness of changes in the organization of production of products or services. Thus, the problem of assessing the effectiveness of the introduction of the concept of production management is relevant. To collect the necessary information, the most suitable methods were selected, such as desk research (analysis of secondary data), interviews, and statistical analysis of data and information systems of the company. The results of the current study are that a system was developed to assess the effects of the introduction of the QRM concept within the Navigational Systems Plant. Moreover, an assessment of the effects of the QRM implementation was made, which showed that now it is not effective enough. Thus, the conducted research contributed to the solution of the problem associated with the approach to assessing the effects of the introduction of the concept of quick response manufacturing in the instrument-making enterprise.
