In the last decade, the mechanism of public-private partnership is actively developing in Russia. Development began at the regional level and affected regions in varying degrees. This work devoted to the analysis of the differences in the development of the mechanism of public-private partnership, and especially to relations between the state and business in these projects in the regions of the Russian Federation and the influence that these features have on the indicators of the efficiency of the Housing and Utility Infrastructure Sphere.
