Efficiency evaluation is one of the key stage of development of any project. Comparison of efficiency forecasts for different variations of parameters of project helps to provide changes that will improve overall efficiency. Most of projects are aimed at making a profit, thus, its amount is crucial metric of project efficiency, so as expenses which influence negatively to efficiency. For many projects the ratio between profits and expenses and its temporal dynamics should be considered as critical especially at the early stage of project’s implementation. Due to that, it is very important to evaluate the time that takes to fully payback investments and begin stable performance. In this work, author propose to use mathematical and computer modeling to perform such evaluation. In particular, models based on queue theory and imitational models are considered.
