Formation of Corporate Methodology of Project Management in the Company Producing Toys

The purpose of this work is to develop methodological recommendations for the formation of elements of corporate methodology for project management in the toy manufacturer. This work consists of three chapters. In the first, the theoretical basis of the research is formed - the basic conceptual apparatus is considered, the main stages of the formation of corporate methodology, as well as the maturity model are described. The second chapter presents a study of corporate methodology for project management in the toy company. Also, the main results of the analysis of secondary information about the company, the existing corporate standard for project management, interviews and questionnaires conducted using Kerzner and OPM 3 methods are presented. The third chapter provides practical recommendations for improving corporate methodology and increasing the maturity of project management processes.
