The Behaviour of Business and Population of Russia in the Conditions of European and American Sanctions

Research object - Russian market of food. Subject of research - changes in behavior of business and the population of Russia. Purpose: identification of changes in behavior of business and population of Russia. Tasks: To reveal changes of a condition of the market of food products of the Russian Federation after introduction of economic and political sanctions; To estimate conditions of a segment of restaurant services taking into account economic features of the market of food; To investigate the strategy of behavior which business in the conditions of sanctions and countermeasures uses. To establish whether changes of consumer behavior of the individuals using restaurant services are essential. The research took place in a form of the personal semi-structured interview (25 respondents). The thesis is performed on ninety two pages, consists of introduction, four heads, the conclusion and the list of references. In chapter 1 of work of the sanction are considered as a multipurpose instrument of influence. Theories, concerning behavior of consumers and representatives of restaurant business are provided. In chapter 2 analysation of an economic situation in the country. In a chapter 3 reaction of the russian market of food products to imposition of sanctions is considered. In chapter 4 the changes which have happened in restaurant business are considered and conclusions are drawn. Relevance of work is that the analysis of restaurant business will clearly demonstrate real consequences of current situation. Results of a research can be used for the further analysis of consequences of reciprocal sanctions in other segments of the market.
