Public Administration
(Master’s programme)
2017
The purpose of the master's dissertation is improving the measures of state support of milk processing industry. It is specially noted about the mechanisms of state regulation in this sphere. The main hypothesis of the research is that increasing measures of direct state support of milk processing industry, redistribution of the amount of resource support in favor of direct incentive mechanisms will help to increase the production of dairy products in the Russian Federation more than using measures of indirect regulation. Regression models of the major factors affecting the implementation of raw milk and production of dairy products are shown in this research. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of implementation the mechanism of dairy interventions in the Russian Federation, based on conducted analysis of the effectiveness of Russian and international practices of state support of the milk industry.
