Problems of Innovations Embedding in the Field of Public Administration (on the Example of E-Government)

Any organization adapts to the changes in the external and internal environment through innovative processes and organizational changes. Introduction of innovations is a necessary condition for organizational development and efficiency, while resistance to innovations affects organizational processes in a negative way, which makes it necessary to study the methods of solving the problems of innovations introduction. The sphere of public administration has its own specifics that influence the factors and nature of the problems of innovations introduction. E-government is one of the most significant areas of development of public administration, which makes the study of the issues of its formation vital. In this paper we consider both theoretical approaches to the problems of innovations introduction, as well as the existing problems of the formation of e-government. Also we reveal the factors in the sphere of public administration that influence the effectiveness of e-government introduction as an innovation.
