Tax Dispute Judicial Resolution Procedure Upon the Legislation of Federal Republic of Germany

The report is dedicated to analyze the tax dispute judicial resolution procedure in Federal Republic of Germany. This state is famous for its financial courts system and features of tax dispute judicial resolution procedure. As far as Federal Republic of Germany as well as Russia refers to roman-german law system and had succeeded in the question of establishment of tax dispute resolution procedure, we should examine German techniques and methods in order to suggest ways that could be used to improve tax dispute judicial resolution procedure in Russian Federation.
