Educational Programme: Lawyer in the Sphere of Justice and Law Enforcement (Master)

Final Grade: 9

Year of Graduation: 2017

It seems that the basis for further development of the advocacy community consists of several aspects: institutional (the state of normative legal acts that determine the basic legal status of a lawyer and the basis of the structure of an advocate corporation), reputational (a set of sociocultural expectations of society relative to the social role of counsel) and information. The information aspect of the advocate's activities must be defined as a set of principles, forms and results of the lawyer's activity aimed at creating, receiving, transforming and eliminating any information, regardless of the form of their presentation. Given the integrality of the latter aspect and the intensive transition of mankind to the stage of the postindustrial (information) society, the information aspect of the advocate's activity is an actual topic for scientific research. It should be noted that the object of our study is characterized by numerous manifestations and inter-industry regulation. In connection with the need to conduct an analysis of a heterogeneous object, two main vectors of the research direction were identified: 1) Analysis of the aspect of the lawyer's activities related to the receipt and storage of information. Objects of research within this segment were the following problematic issues: • obtaining and storing information containing a lawyer's secret; • questions of conducting a survey of citizens by a lawyer; • issues related to the implementation of the advocacy request; • the place of the lawyer in the process of collecting evidence; • Support of information security of the lawyer in the Internet 2) Analysis of the aspect of the lawyer's activities related to the creation of information. In the process of working on the segment, the issues of regulation of advertising activities of a lawyer and lawyers' entities were considered, and the peculiarities of such regulation in the Internet network were singled out separately.
