The Strategy of the New SAAS Product Development and Launch on the B2B Market

The goal of the work is to develop the basics of the strategy for creating and launching a new SAAS product to the B2B market by small innovative companies (start-ups). This thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and a list of sources used. The first chapter presents a structured theoretical material describing the features of startups, their development. Also describes how to create and launch a new product, the features of work in the B2B market and the key characteristics of the SAAS-product. The second chapter examines the activities of Mobifitness, the history of its creation, the development of the product and the ways to bring it to the market. Features of the market on which the company operates and its differences. The third chapter analyzes Mobifitness's business from the point of view of success as a start-up, defines its strategic group and makes recommendations for further development. Also, a set of recommendations for creating and launching a product by a start-up has been compiled and the main features of its success are described
