Developing a Model of Technological Brokerage in Russia

In this research project the operating model of technology brockerage agency is submitted for consideration. In order to create this model, it's necessary to accomplish the following tasks: 1. To characterize the innovation process; 2. To reveal, what is the role of institutions in the innovation process and what place do they take 3. To determine the role and functions of an entrepreneur and of business-societies in the innovation process; 4. To describe the interactions between the sphere education and business in the innovation system 5. Identify approaches to the definition of the concept of technological brokering; 6. Consider types of technology brokers; 7. Develop and conduct a conversation with the city of universities and enterprises; 8. To characterize the main problem of interaction between universities and enterprises; 9. Make proposals on the creation of technology brokering systems; 10. Create a model of technology brokerage in Russia.
