Implementation of Corporate Project Management System in the Cellular Communication Company

In this work we will carry out the review of thematic articles for justification of expediency of introduction of CPMS, the analysis of experience of introduction of a corporate control system of projects in various foreign and Russian companies and as a result, the set of information for receiving idea of the tools which are applied in the company after introduction of CPMS. Also we will analyse organizational structure of the company, the current design process is in detail described, specific problems on the basis of poll of managers of grocery function are revealed. In a practical part we will consider the real CPMS tools introduced in the company, results of use of a control system of projects on the basis of comparison of terms of start of projects before introduction of CPMS are analysed. Also we will make recommendations about further development of CPMS in the company.
