Formation of Negotiation Skills in the Framework of Master's Programs in the field of Public Administration

The civil servant is often forced to enter the communications, both with individuals or representatives of organizations, and with contiguous subdivisions of the state apparatus. The issue of forming negotiation skills in the framework of master's programs is more than relevant nowadays, since in the process of training a foundation is being laid that is used by specialists in the course of their future work. The purpose of the study is to identify the development zones for the formation of the competence of students of master's programs in the field of "Public Administration" in the sphere of organization of the negotiation process. Study is carried out in this paper using a number of methods for obtaining and processing data has made it possible to identify existing problems in the preparation of students of master's programs in the field of "Public Administration" and to identify the relationship between them. Based on the results of the study, main recommendations for the training of future specialists in the framework of the discipline "Management of the negotiation process" were formulated.
