Formal and Informal Legal Culture in Modern Russia

In this paper are considered the main reasons for the formation of informal legal culture in modern Russia and possible ways of its study. As an independent case, the author considers informal norms in the solution of legal conflicts connected with the violation of traffic rules by drivers.
