In modern science, great attention is paid to high-reliability organizations. Organizations with a high level of reliability are considered exotic in the main organizational theory because of their unique potential to cope with catastrophic problems and the ability to master interactively complex technologies, expressing a huge number of assumptions with what it may be connected: a special motivation system, unique teaching methods , talented leaders who are able to allocate resources competently. The projects implemented by HROs are predominantly successful. There is a huge number of other assumptions with what it may be connected: a special system of motivation, unique methods of training, talented leaders who are able to allocate resources competently. In the master's thesis, it is assumed that the realization of projects in organizations can be affected by the mechanism of mindfulness formation. A theoretical review of this concept was conducted, related topics were studied, approaches to the quantitative evaluation of the "project success" parameter were analyzed, which allowed to develop an author's model for evaluating the project success metric and to test hypotheses about the impact of non-value awareness. Also, the author proposed possible applications of mindfulness in the framework of flexible project management methodologies
