Analysis of Corporate Identity of Employees of the Organization (by the Example of Head Hunter)

The author of this work has studied the multi-dimensional concept of "corporate identity" for scientific and practical applications. Corporate identity is a relatively new concept in the system of Russian economic and socio-psychological education. The economic relevance and social significance of the concept under consideration shows the need for a closer and more careful treatment of the content, tasks, ways of forming and applying corporate identity. Within the framework of this work, such concepts, corporate identity, prerequisites for its appearance, subjects of corporate identity, its structure and tools were considered. The problems faced by corporate identity are studied. The empirical part of the study was a case study formation of corporate identity by the example of HeadHunter. When organizing the research, the author proceeded from the fact that in components corporate identity reveals a person's perception of Involvement in their status-role group (social component), and also the perception of their professional mission, level professional competence.
