Elaboration of a Business Project

This present paper describes the creation of the business – project which includes commercial activities and the charity by the brand "Lapki — Tsarapki". It is planned that the project will include two pet-shops. One of the key features of this project is the organization of charitable events in order to involve society to the problem of homeless animals. The strategy of the pet-shop stands along among others with its focusing on the client and the maintenance of the further long-term relations. There is a clear understanding who their client is and what goods are necessary for them, besides the questionnaire shows requirements of customers of already existing pet-shops. Also pet-shop "Lapki – Tsarapki" is ready to cooperate and sponsor various projects, actions and shelters which contribute to the solution of the problem of homeless animals as the project is aimed not only at ensuring activity of pets with various goods and sterns, but also at increase in responsibility among the population, by carrying out various the master – classes and actions.
