The theme of this final qualifying research work is “The Improvement of Wage Systems in the Chemical Industry Enterprises in the Russian Federation”. The object of my research is public company "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" which is the largest chemical in production of synthetic rubbers and plastics in the Russian Federation. The main goal of my research is the study of methods for analyzing the efficiency of wage system at the chemical industry in the Russian Federation and the searching for ways to improve it. For realizing the goal, it was necessary to solve the following tasks: -Revealing the contents of labor remuneration in modern conditions and foreign wage systems; studying the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of wage system; -Review of the existing remuneration system in "Nizhnekamskneftekhim", analysis of economic indicators of the given enterprise by chemical industry and analysis of the existing wage system’s effectiveness according to a certain methodology. -Suggestions of ways to improve the salary system, such as the application of the Rucker system and the use of the Scanlon system, an analysis of the new system’s effectiveness. From the obtained data it can be concluded that in the company of "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" an inefficient salary system has been established. Therefore, the proposed measures will improve the performance of the wage system and stimulate the productivity of staff because the size of the bonus payments directly depend on the volume of output.
