Advantages and Disadvantages of Internal Entrepreneurship and its Influence on the Business Development in a Region

The peculiarities of instability in the economic sphere of many fears make researchers and entrepreneurs all over the world seek new management models for increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, a model of intra-firm entrepreneurship and its participation in the development of SMEs in Moscow and the Moscow Region will be considered. Solving the issues of business development, especially small business, largely depends on the methods of implementing state support programs and stable financing of the sphere.            Within the first part of the study, theoretical aspects of the intra-firm entrepreneur were established, including the prerequisites for the emergence of intra-firm entrepreneurship and its main distinctive features from the traditional form of economic activity. An assessment was made of the strengths and weaknesses of intrapreneurship.            In the second part, quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed. The problems of small and medium business in Moscow and Russia were clarified. Based on the problematic fields of the region, an assessment was made of the participation of in-house entrepreneurship in the development of SMEs in Moscow and Mo.            In the third part, based on the analysis of the introduction of intra-firm entrepreneurship in the economy by foreign countries and the analysis of the participation of intra-firm entrepreneurship, proposals were made on the development and maintenance of SMEs with the help of intraprene instruments.
