Development of the Portfolio Management System for Expansion Projects the Case of M. Video Company

The difficult economic situation оn the Russian market and the transition of the retail industry from extensive growth to active consolidation are forcing retailers to modernize their approach to managing the portfolio of new store opening projects. Retailers face difficulties in the investment assessment and risk management, which affects the quality of their portfolio of expansion projects. On the case study of the M.Video company, the methodical provisions of the portfolio management system of store opening projects are proposed to increase the return on finances invested in projects.
