Analysis of FOREX Market Regulation Efficiency

We analyze Forex market regulation efficiency. Central Banks and financial Authorities applied several regulations to Forex brokers during recent years. Using market turnover and collected regulation statistics, we want to examine the efficiency or this regulation. In our paper, we show that licensing and applying sanctions to brokers is the most efficient way to regulate the market. In addition, we found sufficient difference in efficiency between developed and developing economies.
