Energy Security in Southeast Asia in ASEAN Current Policy

The paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the energy security of Southeast Asia from the neoliberalistic perspective. The study also covers the main threats towards energy security of Southeast Asia, such as unpredictability of the world market of energy, maritime security, sustainability of the current energy policy of member countries. Special emphasis is put to the energy cooperation policy pursued by the ASEAN in order to overcome the existing risks and also paper covers identify the main problems of such policy implementation.
