The Impact of State Regulation on E-Commerce Development in the EAEU

It is hard to imagine the modern life without the Internet and the concept of e-commerce which is all the trade operations conducted online. However, it is very hard to regulate not only on national level but also on international one. This study is devoted to the issue of the impact of institutional framework on the development of e-commerce in the EAEU and is aimed at exploring regional and supraregional regulatory systems as well as assessing their level of harmonization. We use mixed type methodology for comprehensive and deep research of the problem. Data from the official sources will be analyzed with the use of econometric models. The research will enable the creation of transparent and effective institutional framework for e-commerce which will boost the development of e-commerce in the EAEU economies.
