Topic: "Modern features, problems and models of leadership in non-profit organizations" The volume of the work is 73 pages, on which are placed 6 drawings and 1 table. At the writing of the diploma 41 sources were used. Keywords: NPO, leadership, model. The subject of the study is leadership in NPOs, which are the leading organizations in their field of activity. The subject of the study are leadership qualities of NPO leaders who can strengthen the organization's position in its field of activity. Hypothesis. Leadership qualities in NPOs have an important impact on the positive organizational climate, the level of employee satisfaction, the success of the organization and the situation in its field of activity. The work includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion. The introduction of this study justifies the relevance of this topic, reflects goals and objectives, describes the object and subject of research, contains a brief analysis of the structure of the work. The first chapter examines the issues of leadership in organizations, the influence of the leader on domestic and foreign policy, as well as leadership qualities, depending on the situation. The second chapter examines the management features in NPOs, the degree of dependence of organizational policies on the leader's leadership qualities, as well as various models of management and interaction between the leader and his subordinates. The third chapter analyzes the influence of leadership qualities in NPOs and suggests alternative management models in NPOs. The conclusion summarizes the results of the work and outlines the findings.
