A legal Certainty of Definitive Court’s Acts: Doctrine and Practice

The problem of implementation of legal certainty principle in Russian criminal procedure law is considered in the project. A special role is given to the analysis of the novelties of the Federal Law № 433-FZ of 29 December 2010 and subsequent normative-legal acts. The author draws attention to the fact that the current procedural form of criminal cassation and supervision is still not optimized for international legal standards of fair trial, which presupposes respect for the res judicata principal, declared in European Convention on Human Rights and acts of its official interpretation.
