Influence of Teamwork on Business Efficiency in Multilevel Marketing on the Russian Market

Each year many people, who make business in the multi-level marketing industry, become dollar millionaires. There are many secrets for achieving a success in this business. One of key elements is teamwork. The purpose of this research is to learn how the teamwork impacts to the performance of a business in this sphere and what methods can increase the team work. The research is made with using questionnaires and a participant observation. The survey area is an amount of entrepreneurs of the “Team Alfa”, making their business in Saint-Petersburg in Russia. The results are the rise of following business criteria: a number of new partners, a number of new clients and a commodity turnover; as well as improving the atmosphere in the team, learning new skills among the participants and increasing the cohesion of the team as a whole. The research program, which can improve methods of collaboration, was established. This study can help both entrepreneurs in the « Team Alfa», as well as many other entrepreneurs who make their business in the multi-level marketing industry to improve business performance, to increase revenues and to achieve outstanding results.
