Formalism of Traces in Derived Algebraic Geometry

In the paper we construct the higher-categorical formalism of traces. As an application, applying this formalism to the setting of the derived algebraic geometry we provide an alternative proof of the famous Atiyah-Bott theorem and Riemann-Roch theorem.
