Supply Chain Key Characteristics Identification for Wind Electrical Power Stations' Components (the Case of the JSC Kirovskyy Zavod)

In the thesis the author analyzed the approaches to determine the configuration of the supply chain, an algorithm for analyzing the allocation of resources was proposed , described the processes that occur in the supply chain, in which oversized components of the wind turbune power stations act as the material flow. In addition, recommendations for the tactical and operational planning implementation were proposed, a risk management model has been developed and the main management tasks of the reviewed supply chain were formulated. The proposed algorithm for the supply chain establishment is recommended to be used in developing a new supply chain, analyzing and improving existing supply chains of oversized components of wind turbunes power stations. The basic design principles can be applied to other oversized cargoes.
