Investment Project Effectiveness Evaluation on the Basis of Simulation

The research presents an example of the application of simulation methods to as-sess the effectiveness of an investment project. The purpose of the work was to de-cide about the effectiveness of the investment project to launch a private cardiology center. The practical significance of the work is that the model constructed in this research can be used to analyze the economic activity of the company for assessing investment attractiveness, to determine the efficiency and return of investments in various situations. This will allow investors to make better decisions and under-stand the feasibility of investing.
